Kathleen Kitchen
Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified YUR Back Instructor, Certified Assisted Stretch Specialist
Kathy is a Certified Pilates Teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. She is very passionate about helping people move with confidence, strength, and less pain – at every stage of life.
As a Pilates teacher, she is also licensed and trained to work with multiple back conditions, including chronic low-back pain, disc related issues, postural imbalances and age-related movement limitations. Her recent Stretch Assist certification allows her to safely enhance flexibility, circulation, and joint health.
She creates personalized sessions that build trust, resilience and lasting results, whether you are in a private session or in a group class. Kathy’s goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.
Joyce Elhajj
Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified YUR Back Instruction, Pre-Natal Pilates Certification, Certified Assisted Stretch Specialist
With over 12 years of experience as a comprehensively trained, 500-hour certified Pilates instructor, Joyce brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and mindful conditioning to every session. Her background includes specialized certifications in the YUR Back program and Pre-Natal Pilates, enabling her to support clients with a wide range of needs-from strengthening and recovery to safe, empowering pre- and post-natal movement.
As an added benefit, Joyce is a certified Assisted Stretch Specialist. She can integrate customized stretches into your private Pilates session, or you may book a separate Studio Stretch Session to concentrate on the areas that need extra care.
Joyce’s passion is helping each client develop their skills, body awareness, and self-confidence. She aims to create a supportive, encouraging environment where clients can move with confidence, explore their potential, and feel stronger from the inside out -becoming their best self.
