Our small group training offers individualized programs for each athlete in a focused, high-energy environment. With a max of 5 athletes per coach, every session delivers personalized coaching, detailed feedback, and elite-level attention to maximize performance and results.
Speed Performance Class
Our Speed Performance classes are designed to elevate game speed through targeted acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, quickness, and reaction drills. With up to 10 athletes per class, each session builds faster, more explosive, and confident movers on the field or court.
Empower Pilates Class
Our Empower Pilates classes feature 4 Tower Reformers and 3 Pilates Chairs, creating an immersive, full-body training experience. With a max of 4 per class, each session delivers personalized attention in a supportive, intimate environment focused on strength, mobility, and control.
All-Star Abilities Class
All-Star Abilities creates an inclusive space where athletes of all abilities can move, grow, and belong. Through supportive coaching and fun, skill-based training, we help athletes build strength, confidence, and lifelong love for movement.
