We work with middle school, high school, college, and professional athletes, tailoring each program to match age, sport, and training experience. We also have personal training for adults looking to improve their fitness.
No. We train dedicated athletes at all levels-those willing to put in effort to improve. Many start as developing athletes and grow into top performers through our system.
We train athletes across all sports, including football, field hockey, baseball, softball, basketball, lacrosse, swim, and soccer. Programs are built around each sport’s specific demands.
Semi-private training combines the attention of private training with the energy of a small group. Each athlete has their own individualized program, working under close coaching supervision.
We limit small group training to 5 athletes per class to ensure that each athlete is getting closely monitored coaching attention, rather than simple supervision.
Most athletes train 2-4 days per week depending on season, schedule, and goals. We help each athlete find the right frequency for progress and recovery.
Our performance testing includes the 5-10-5 drill, broad jump, and 10 yard dash, along with a movement video analysis. We retest our athletes after their first 3 months, then every 6 months or before their season, whichever comes first.
Most athletes notice improvements in strength, speed, and movement quality within the first 4-6 weeks, with measurable testing results after 12 weeks.
Yes. For athletes seeking focused, 1-on-1 attention, we offer private sessions customized to their exact goals. This is recommended especially for athletes looking to improve specific Combine Testing drills.
